Finely dice jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic and saute in 2 tbs butter till soft. Add chicken broth and cook down till it is reduced to a thin paste.

In another pan saute bell pepper till soft in 2tbs butter. Remove peppers from pan, add diced chicken breast and brown on all sides.

Once chicken is browned add the paste, Worcestershire, heavy cream, and peppers to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook till the chicken is done. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve over pasta.
