In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Whip until they get fluffy. Add both of the eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring as you go, then cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat toaster oven to 375 degrees F.

Make walnut-sized balls from the dough and place on small baking sheets, then criss-cross with a fork and bake for 6 to 10 minutes.
