Easy Brown Sugar Meatloaf in the Toaster Oven

Ingredients
Serves: 8
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1.
Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 5x9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Sprinkle pan with brown sugar, then pour the ketchup into the pan. This will give the top of the meatloaf a sweet crust.

Toss beef, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, ginger, and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Form into a loaf and place in the pan.

Bake for 1 hour.
