6 smallred potatoes, halved
6 mediumcarrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (10.75 ounce) cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
My husband thought this was the best pot roast he had ever eaten and we have been married 50 years and that a lot of pot roast history.
I did tweak the recipe some by browning the seasoned roast(used peppered herb rib roast seasonings from this site ) and carrots before adding the roast to the slow cooker and added a can of sliced mushrooms and juice to the recipes. My husband likes his gravy so I put in a large can of muhroom soup but only one packet of dry onion soup mix
Left out potatoes as my husband favors mashed in stead............It was YUMMY!!!!
