Easy Spinach Stuffing Casserole

This rich, tasty spinach casserole is a fine side dish for the holiday table.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or Campbell's(R) Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 35 mins1.
Mix 1/2 cup stuffing and butter.

Mix soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until hot.
Tip: To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, breaking apart with fork halfway through heating.
