Ranchero Beef Taco Bake

1 pound ground beef

1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's(R) Condensed Creamy Ranchero Tomato Soup
-
3/4 cup Pace(R) Thick & Chunky Salsa

3/4 cup water
-
8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces

2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method

Cook: 30 mins
1.
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
2.
Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
3.
Bake at 400 degrees F 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Tip: Serve with a cucumber salad topped with your favorite vinaigrette. For dessert serve vanilla ice cream.

This was an awesome recipe. I don't cook very much, but this turned out great. My family loved it.
