Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies

This is a very light delicious cookie, that is very different, not your typical meringue. It is amazing!

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation method

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Beat egg whites until frothy using an electric mixer. Add vanilla and cream of tartar. Slowly add sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto baking sheets.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until tops are firm, about 20 minutes.
