Cut each bacon slice in half. Cook the bacon until just before it starts to crisp.

Preheat grill to Medium.

Marinate the seafood. Shake together the lemon juice, cayenne, and garlic powder in a large plastic resealable bag with the shrimp and scallops. Refrigerate to marinate for 10 minutes.

Wrap each piece of scallop and shrimp with a piece of bacon. Thread on metal skewers.
5.
Grill for 8 to 12 minutes, turning two or three times.
