Bone-in pork blade steaks are way more flavorful than regular old boneless pork chops. The bone also helps keep them moist, too! Brush them with this sweetened glaze made with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Stir together the glaze ingredients and set aside. Brush the blade steaks with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pork about 4 minutes on each side until cooked on the outside. Transfer to a cooler part of the grill, and brush with the glaze mixture. Cook a few minutes per side before turning and brushing again with the glaze.
