In large stock pot over medium heat saute onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers in olive oil until soft. Add tomato sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Next add fish stock, stirring as you pour. Add all your seasonings (cayanne pepper, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, Italian season) minced garlic, and white wine. Let simmer for about 30 mins.

Wash and clean your seafood and season with seafood seasoning. Next add your crab legs to pot. Give it about 10 mins add shrimps and scallops; simmer on low heat til shrimps turn pink.(5 to 10 mins)

Next finish off with adding 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; stir in to pot; let simmer for 5 mins. Then add 1/2 cup of green onion.

Salt and pepper to taste. Serve in warm bowl using your remaining green onion and parsley to garnish.
