Marinate the pork chops in the juice of 1 lime for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat grill for medium-high heat.

Make the pina colada sauce by stirring together the juice of 2 limes with the coconut milk, and crushed pineapple. Season to taste with chipotle pepper, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Remove the pork chops from the lime juice, and pat dry. Season to taste with chipotle powder, salt and pepper. Grill until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 10 minutes.

Spoon the pina colada sauce over the pork chops to serve. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro to garnish.
