In a saucepan, cover eggs with cold water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. When water boils, turn off the heat and cover the saucepan. Let the eggs sit for 16 minutes, then drain and cool eggs in a bowl of ice water. Peel and halve lengthwise.
Scoop out yolks from egg whites and place in mixing bowl. Mash with a fork, then add mayonnaise, chiles, chipotle, and garlic salt. Stir well to combine.
Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into egg whites, garnish with salsa, green onion, and olive, and serve.
