Peel and devein shrimp and place aside in iced, cold water

Chop 4 cloves of fresh garlic

In saucepan heat oil and add garlic.

Pat shrimp dry and add shrimp and wine at same time to sauce pan.

Stir 3 minutes and then add Cous Cous mix and spice packet. Sprinkle over top.

Turn shrimp once and cover and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
7.
Test shrimp for doneness. It should not be too firm but white throughout.
8.
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
