Before opening packages of ramen, break the noodles into small pieces.

Place broken ramen and seasoning packets into a heat proof mixing bowl. Pour in just enough boiling water into the bowl to cover the ramen. Cover and let set for 5 minutes.

Uncover ramen and stir. Place jalapenos, hot sauce, mayonnaise, and chicken into the bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
I liked it. It was kind of a spicy chicken salad. It was filling. I followed the recipe exactly. I might try a different kind of cracker next time. I preferred it cold.
