Boil chicken breast til done, let cool, shred and chop. In a large mixing bowl add chicken, soup, green chilis, onion, cayenne pepper, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro; mix thoroughly. Taste mixture, add salt as needed.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry 6 tortillas (1 or 2 at a time) to soften (20 seconds each side). Layer the tortillas to cover the bottom of a 9X13 casserole pan. Add 1/3 chicken and soup mixture tortillas, Add 1/3 of the cheese on top the chicken and soup mixture. Repeat until you have 3 layers.
