1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.
Roll out dough, (use a pre-heated pizza stone- at 450 degrees F, if you have one, if not no big deal) and bake dough at 350 to 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until it just starts getting brown.
3.
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning and cut up onions in a skillet over medium heat. Drain beef once it is done, then combine with can of refried beans and taco sauce to taste.
4.
Pull dough out of the oven, add the beef/bean mixture on crust, then add any veggies you want- onion, tomato, peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, etc.
5.
Add cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. You can also squeeze lime onto the crust or pizza itself (bump oven temperature down if its getting brown too fast, or bump up if not cooking quick enough)
6.
Pull out and top with shredded lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream, olives, and additional jalapenos, if desired.
