Cut steak into very thin 3 to 4 inch strips. (Putting the steak in the freezer until it firms up a little bit helps when cutting strips.)

Marinate steak strips in Italian dressing. (I like to go 24 hours if time permits.)

Deseed and chop peppers into very fine pieces. Then mix with slightly softened cream cheese. Cut bacon strips into thirds.

Lay out steak strips and and spread with cream cheese mixture. Then roll up and wrap with bacon strip. (Wrap bacon in way as not to let cheese out when cooking.) Pin with toothpick.
5.
Throw on grill and cook with low heat until bacon is done.
