Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes, until al dente, or according to package instructions. Drain.

While pasta is cooking, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, in batches if necessary. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.

Toss pasta with bacon, tomato, ranch dressing, and romaine lettuce. Serve.
Top marks for this one. Fast to make, few ingredients. We never have Ranch dressing around here; I used mayo. It was a great side dish, will be made often this summer.
