Make a marinade by placing oil, parsley, chili sauce, cider vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper, and salt in a large plastic resealable bag.

Add shrimp to the bag. Seal, squeezing out excess air, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to marinate. Drain.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Place shrimp on 2 metal skewers. Set on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time, until shrimp turn opaque. Serve.
