Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In double boiler or microwave, melt butterscotch morsels. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine corn syrup, eggs and salt. Beat well.

To the egg mixture, add the butterscotch slowly but stirring rapidly.

Add the pecans and pour into the pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
