Prep: 5 mins
| Cook: 20 mins
| Extra time: 1 hour, marinating
1.
Pour salad dressing into a large resealable bag and add hot sauce to taste. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. More time equals more flavor.
2.
Cook the bacon (if desired) and set aside.
3.
Start your charcoal grill 30 minutes prior to the desired cooking time. If you are using gas (YUCK), fire her up 10 minutes before the desired cooking time.
4.
Remove chicken from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature. Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
5.
(Optional): During the last 3 minutes of cooking place 2 pieces of bacon on each breast and one slice of cheese.
Tip
These breasts are a great starting point for all your favorite chicken recipes. Now pass the bacon please!
Serving suggestion
Serve with a side of slaw and honey mustard for dipping.
