Sliced steak over a bed of chopped romaine lettuce, intermingled with sliced avocado and halved grape tomatoes. Crispy onion sprinkled liberally over the top. Creamy ranch dressing.
Grill the steak to the way you like it. Slice thin and hold aside.

Arrange the lettuce on four plates. Divide the steak, avocado and tomatoes equally over the four plates of lettuce. Sprinkle the crispy onions on top of the salads. Apply ranch dressing to your liking.
