First, we'll create a rub for the steak, and then the marinade.

Begin by slicing the jalapeno in half and seeding it thoroughly. Firmly rub the steak with the jalapeno halves, covering all sides. Reserve jalapeno.

In a clean, dry bowl, mix the black pepper, red pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, meat tenderizer, paprika and sea salt. Rub mixture over entire steak until bowl is empty.

Mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, red wine, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, garlic, lime juice, mustard powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a large, shallow dish. Stir concoction well.

Set steak in marinade, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 30 hours. Half-way through marinating process, turn steak over and re-cover.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 7 minutes per side for medium-rare. After grilling, let sit for 10 minutes before cutting or eating for maximum flavor. Enjoy!
