Half turkey, half beef, this basic recipe gives you a slightly healthier version of traditional all-beef meatloaf. Or, to look at it more optimistically, a slightly tastier version of all-turkey meatloaf.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, line a 15x10-inch baking pan with foil, and coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine egg whites, half the ketchup, and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form into a 10x4-inch meatloaf and set on the foil-lined pan.

Bake for 45 minutes, then top with the remaining 1/3 cup ketchup and bake for another 10 minutes. When meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, it's done.
