Combine grapefruit juice, mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes in a large plastic resealable bag. Add salmon, seal bag, and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

Preheat broiler to high and coat a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Remove the salmon from marinade and set on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the flame for 6 to 8 minutes, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Serve.
