Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch glass baking dish.

Boil water with olive oil and salt. Add macaroni; cook until tender.

Cut cheeses into small cubes and mix cheeses together.

Once macaroni is done, place into drainer to rinse, then add oregano, parsley, garlic and herbs, pepper.

Layer macaroni in baking dish, spread cubed cheeses generously, then grated cheeses on each layer, for a total of 3 layers. Add milk, margarine, then cover top with paprika.

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
Great dish. Very easy to make. Good mix of spices make the noodles very flavorful. Its definitely a very cheesy dish. If I could only make one suggestion...I think it would be better when laying the noodles into the baking dish. Only layer some noodles. Then place a layer of cubed cheese. Then follow with the final layer of noodles. Followed by the final layer of cheese (cubed and sprinkled). That way, the flavors are more intermingled. While this design is good, it feels that the noodles and cheese are too separated. When it cools down and the cheese gets hard, the cheese and the noodles are hard to mix.
