Fast Fast Beef Stroganoff

1 to 2 pounds ground beef

1 (16 ounce) bag egg noodles

1 pint sour cream
-
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

1 package Brown Gravy or Hunter Gravy Mix

1 tablespoon onion powder
-
1 tablespoon garlic powder

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef until cooked through. Drain excess liquid.

As beef is nearing the end of its cook time, boil the noodles.
3.
Drain the noodles and set aside. Combine soup, sour cream, gravy mix, onion and garlic powders in the hot saucepan. Mix well.
4.
Heat mixture on medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble. Stir frequently.
