Saute the chicken in a nonstick pan until juices run clear. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Add cream and stir over medium heat until thickened slightly. Add feta cheese to mixture and heat until all the cheese is melted and sauce is thickened. Add diced chicken and let sit to thicken a little more.
