I ate a similar roast recipe at a Mexican restaurant and decided to try it at home. Wasn't sure what spices they used but I was picking bay leaves out of the sauce all through the meal. I chose the burrito seasoning because it has tomato in it. The cooking aroma is wonderful. Use the leftovers with BBQ sauce for sandwiches later.

Ingredients
- 1 (5 to 6) pound beef chuck roast
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 packet McCormicks burrito seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 6 to 10 small bay leaves

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 4 hours | Extra time: 10 mins, otherYou could probably put this together the day before and refrigerate, though I haven't tried that method.
