I came up with this idea a while back. When we make pizza around here, we each make our own, and this is the one I always make. It's also good with crawfish.
Saute shrimp, onions and peppers in a little olive oil, and arrange evenly on pizza.
3.
Add your choice of other ingredients and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese.
4.
Bake pizza according to directions on crust package.
Tip
J. Paul's Pizza Crust:
Roll out biscuit dough to desired size and thickness; add melted butter, garlic powder, and basil and bake until it starts to brown; it depends on if you like your crust soft or crunchy.
Add toppings and return to oven until done to your liking.
