Firehouse Thai Infused Back Ribs

This Thai influenced BBQ Rib dish is quick and easy to make and there are never any leftovers.

Ingredients

6 tablespoons brown sugar
10 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 water
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tea black pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
2 Bird's Eye(R) Chiles (Thai red or green)
2 pounds pork back or side ribs

Preparation method

1. Using a small blender, mix all ingredients except ribs into a paste.
2. Rub marinade onto ribs and marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4. Bake for 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
