You always hear about Hot Wings! Well, I came up with one that everyone can enjoy. From young kids to adults. Every time I take these to a gathering they are gone in no time. Everyone tells me they are the best they ever had. Enjoy, Gutpyle.

Ingredients
Serves: 10
5 poundschicken wings, tips removed and cut in half
5 tablespoonssesame oil
1 cupdiced onion
3/4 cuphoney
6 tablespoonssoy sauce
6 tablespoonsAsian sweet chili sauce
6 tablespoonsoyster sauce
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoongrated fresh ginger
1 tablespoonminced fresh garlic
1 teaspoonred pepper flakes (add more for xtra heat)
Set grill to med- med-high heat. Cooking wings turning often to prevent flare ups. Get nice grill marks on wings. This will take about 30 to 40 minutes.

In a small sauce pan add the sesame oil and cook the onion till translucent. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bring everything to a boil. Stirring constantly reduce the mixture by about half. This will take about 15 to 20 minutes. The sauce should coat the back of a spoon like warmed up honey.

Remove the wings from the grill when done and transfer to a big bowl.

Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.

Other ideas
Grilling the wings is what really makes the recipe! If you broil them they just won't taste the same! As far as the sauce, the thicker, the stickier! It's all up to you! Grab a beer, it's game time!
