First, you have to have natural casing hot dogs from Michigan, griddled NOT boiled. Dearborn Sausage or Koegel's are the best. Then, you have to have the real deal for Coney Sauce. Here is the recipe. The ground beef heart is not for everyone so you can use it or not!
