Soak the venison chunks in milk 4 hours to overnight. Drain and discard the milk when done.

Place the venison cubes into a resealable plastic bag and pour in the raspberry vinaigrette. Press out the air, seal, and refrigerate 2 to 6 hours.

Preheat a charcoal grill for medium-high heat.

Remove the venison chunks from the raspberry vinaigrette, and discard the remaining vinaigrette. Wrap each venison chunk with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Cook the venison until done to your liking, 10 to 15 minutes for medium-rare.
