Easiest Spicy Salmon Ever

Spicy salmon with soy sauce, chili and honey. Also works well with bream.

Serves : 4
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, or to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Cook: 20 mins
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.
Place the soy sauce in a bowl and baste each fillet for 1-2 minutes.
3.
Create foil envelopes for each fillet by placing salmon into a square of foil and wrapping the foil around it.
4.
Smear the honey over each of the fillets.
5.
Evenly spread the chili flakes over Salmon.
6.
Add lemon juice/rest of soy sauce. Add salt/pepper.
7.
Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.

I made this a couple of days ago for the wife. She has now commissioned me for extra duty in the kitchen when it comes to sea-based products. Overall, the entree' was a success and I highly recommend this recipe for salmon aficionados with time constraints.

I made this last night as a date dinner and it turned out awesome! It was pretty damn filling and the girl loved it, so that was a win for me haha
