This is a sauce I made to preoccupy myself. It's called Autumn sauce because some of the ingredients are usually better or more available around Autumn. I made it for multiple uses: as a condiment, to be brushed onto ribs, or for another recipe I'm experimenting with. Hope you enjoy!

For a different taste, switch the apple cider with apple cider vinegar. I preferred the sweetness of the cider for my uses.
