Combine the vodka and V8 juice in a tall glass. Season with celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Add ice and stir to combine. Garnish if desired.

Take a healthy drink from the glass to settle your stomach and focus eyes (it gets the red out!)

Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Chop the sausage into pieces while cooking.

While meat is cooking have a drink. Are you feeling better yet?

Once the sausage has browned, stir in the flour until the meat is fully coated. Reduce heat to medium and cook 1 minute. Season with cumin, sage, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Take another good drink of your Mary. Almost done!

Stir in the sour cream, green chiles, and 1/4 cup of milk until a smooth sauce is formed. Add the remaining milk a little at a time until the gravy reaches your desired thickness.

Serve gravy over biscuits accompanied by another Bloody Mary. Enjoy the rest of your day!!
