Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Stir the honey butter, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, Tabasco sauce, barbecue sauce, and Creole seasoning until evenly blended; set aside. Pour the cereals, nuts, pretzels and cheese crackers into a large roasting pan. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Dump the hot cereal mixture onto a few baking sheets, and let cool completely.
Add canned potato sticks,French fried onions, cracklins, chocolate chips and M&Ms; mix well. Store in an airtight container.
For a smokier flavor, bake uncovered in a smoker at 200 to 250 degrees F.
