Spread the bottom halves of the bread with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with half of the oregano and garlic salt. Spread the top halves with mustard and sprinkle with the remaining spices.

Layer half of the salami and American cheese onto the bottom halves of the bread. Layer on the ham, turkey, and bologna. Finish with the remaining salami and American cheese, then top with the romaine lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Press the top halves onto the sandwiches. Cut into slices to serve.
