The only reason for grading this recipe as "Moderate" instead of "Easy" is this: While this stuff is in the pan heating up, it is really hot. No, I mean it is really, really HOT! And, like motor oil, it doesn't cool down quickly. It'll give you one helluva burn if it gets on you!
Alternate methodTry using a cup of chopped dry-roasted peanuts or chopped salted pecans instead of sesame seeds!
