Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over high heat until crumbly and nicely browned. Pour off excess grease, then add the ground beef to a 6-quart slow cooker.

Stir all the remaining ingredients into the slow cooker. Cook on High for 3 hours.
Notes
Add beer or water if it's too thick and hearty for ya. Serve in a bowl with crackers or tortillas. Eat, Enjoy, and root for your team.
Other ideas
Add chili powder or more hot sauce if you like it spicier. Adding shredded cheese is awesome.
