Place a chunk of pineapple in curve of the shrimp and wrap with 1 half slice of bacon; secure with toothpick. Repeat with remaining shrimp. Place into a bowl and toss with the lime vinaigrette. Marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once pan is heated place shrimp in pan and cook about 5 minutes on each side until bacon is crisp.

Remove from pan, place on small serving tray, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
