I've already posted my recipe for Old Fashioned French Dressing, and it's really good stuff! But, just give you a little choice in the matter, I thought I'd work up a French dressing a little closer to the orange stuff you by at your local mega-mart. This one is a little sweeter, yet still has a nice bite of tartness to it.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced red or yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (bottled is okay)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (or chili powder for a little extra zing!)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive or canola oil
