A damn good sauteed chicken breast with creamy, spicy peanut sauce. Serve this with rice. Don't use a crappy Scotch in this recipe, use a good one instead! Not a great one though, a good Scotch is good enough.
Combine all ingredients except for the chicken in a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir until smooth, then remove from the heat and keep warm.

Lightly oil a skillet, and saute chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving plate and pour the sauce over top.
