Whisk the marinade ingredients together and pour over the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Seal, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Pour the pork chops and marinade into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and spread the pork chops out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until no longer pink in the center. Baste with the marinade twice during cooking.
