Makes: 2 cups
2 (8 ounce) packagescream cheese, room temperature
Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and sprinkle with the garlic salt. Stir in 1/4 cup of milk until no lumps of cream cheese remain. Add more milk for a thinner dip.
