This is an excellent rub for many dishes. I've been making it for years. Many friends and family request it from time to time. My personal favorite use is to rub it on a pork loin before slowly roasting it over a bed of coals.

Ingredients
Makes : 2 cups
1/2 cup coarse sea salt
2/3 cup Hungarian sweet paprika
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon allspice

Prep:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl very well. Store in airtight containers.
