Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the mushrooms to your desired degree of doneness, then set aside. Cook the green onion pieces until tender, then set aside.

Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil in the skillet. Brown the veggie burger on both sides, and cook until hot in the center. Sprinkle with curry powder to taste towards the end of cooking.

Spread both sides of the toasted roll with chili sauce, and place the cheese onto each half. Cut the veggie burger in half, and place onto the bottom half of the bread. Top with mushrooms, green onion, and tomato. Put together and enjoy!
