This is a great three-bean chili for a cold winter day. Chili beans, black beans, and kidney beans are spiced up with a few dried chile peppers to make this one as hot as you like. This also makes a great chili for chili dogs!
Cook the ground beef, onion, green pepper, chili seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large pot over high heat until the ground beef is browned, crumbly, and no longer pink. Pour off excess grease.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring the chili to a simmer. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the beans have cooked to your liking 2 to 4 hours.
