Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion and bell pepper until tender, then stir in the remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer, and cook until thickened, about 30 minutes. If you wish, keep adding dashes of the Worcestershire while simmering. Occasionally stir, scraping sides of pan back into sauce, and taste to see if you have enough Worcestershire in it.
